Role & responsibilities : Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Close new deals with new businesses.
  • Build relationships with the existing customer .
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Represent the brand during all customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially & professionally.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales volume.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to logistics, inventory management, and supply chain.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for FMCG products in retail channels (HORECA).
  • Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products and market conditions

Preferred candidate profile : Job Specifications:

  • 6 months plus years of experience in sales with any qualification - preferably FMCG sales.
  • Ability to work in a pressure environment and manage all your day to day activities.
  • Must be outstanding team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce product management and catalog operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and other relevant software.
  • The ability to cope with pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
  • Should know MS-Excel very well
  • Good in communication and negotiate with the customers.
